This dinner has a great kick of jalapeño my family loves. It’s a Chrissy Teigen dish

its a easy dish to make when I'm feeding my little ones I only give him the pasta and peas with a slice of bread on the side.

For The Casserole

1 package of Rotini pasta

1/2 cup of peas

2 cans of tuna

2 cans of cream of mushroom ( I use cream of chicken)

2 cups of Milk

1/3 cup of celery

1/4 cup of Jalapenos

1 teaspoon of black pepper

For The Topping

3 cups of jalapeno kettle chips

(I always find the chips at Nofrills)

1 cup of shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese

Instruction

In your large cooking dish mix the 2 cans of cream of chicken with the 2 cups of milk then add your 1 teaspoon of black pepper, 1/3 of celery, 1/4 jalapenos, 2 cans of drained tuna, cooked pasta.

mix in a bowl the 3 cups of jalapeno chips (I crush the chips into little pieces ) with 1 cup of the cheese mix together and add a even layer on top of the casserole.

Preheat oven 350F Bake until the top of the casserole is golden and the casserole is bubbling around the edge. ( I cook it for about 30 mins in the oven )

This will feed five people and I always have extra for lunch the next day or I make a dinner for my husband when he is at work.

Hope you enjoy! let me know how you like
